  • This condo is on the ground floor, right on the edge of the slopes. Ski-in/ski-out access is available.
  • The hot tub is a few steps from the front door.
  • There is an elevator in the building. There are some steps down a heated walkway from the building entrance to the condo.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 30 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 9 guests.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • A Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided after booking. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property. Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group, identification documents, and a credit card and/or refundable security/damage deposit. Background checks may be performed if required by local law.
  • Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. The group size entered at booking must be accurate. Guests must disclose any changes to group size, which may affect the total cost or security deposit.

  • The standard cleaning fee quoted is for final cleaning after the rental period has ended.
  • For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.
